By placing an order at collection Nº2, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents' permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at collection Nº2 for the sale and supply of any products. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.

All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by collection Nº2 as responsible for the personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment, to provide offers and information on our catalog to you. The information you provide is only available to collection Nº2 and Tictail and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request collection Nº2 to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting the collection Nº2 Conditions, you agree to the above.

This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through Tictail.com or its related sites and services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control, including Tictail or any third party services you access through Tictail . 1. To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Tictail to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, phone, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information, if you contact me directly.
2. Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It
I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:
as needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;

Tictail . I share information with Tictail as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Tictail Policy and Terms of Use.

Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.
Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where I am required to store data for legal reasons) I will generally delete your personal information upon request.
Object. You can object to (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.

Force Majeure

Events outside collection Nº2's control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that collection Nº2 is released from collection Nº2's obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.


Payment

We accept PayPal and payment with bank transfer in advance. Delivery will only occur after receiving the payment. We will reserve the article for you for 5 business days. If the payment is not received within this time, the article will be back on sale.

All products remain collection Nº2's property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents' permission to buy from collection Nº2.

All transfers conducted through collection Nº2 are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.


Local Taxes

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.

collection Nº2 reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, collection Nº2 has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. collection Nº2 shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
